Qué tal?! So lets just jump right into the highlight of the week: JEFF GOT BAPTIZED!!!! He was glowing from happiness, it was the most precious thing ever. I had never seen so many people show up for a baptism, the whole chapel was full it felt like sacrament meeting. He gave a wonderful testimony after being baptized, it was so genuine and sincere he made us all cry and when we started to cry he was like "oh no my allergies!!!" 😅. Hna Sleight and I keep telling each other how blessed we feel to not only know Jeff but to have been able to teach him the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He is just so excited about the Gospel and so willing to turn his life to Christ. I thank God for placing him in our path, his story is a testimony to me that the field is white, ready to harvest.  On Sunday Jeff was confirmed a member of the Church and was ordained a Priest! He was just so happy and so excited I wish you could have been there. Then we got a text later that day with a pic...

Buenos dias! Qué tal? This week felt so long yet it also flew by, super weird. Here are the highlights: • We had exchanges on Tuesday, so I spent the day with Sister Smith in Eagar, again! we had lots of fun telling people we were both from Orlando again 🤩Their area is super small so they took away their car this transfer, which meant we got to do lots of walking and some biking. The wind 🍃 in Eagar is insanely crazy I felt like we were walking through a tropical storm we were nearly getting blown away hahaha it was fun though. We were walking to one of our appointments and this truck drives by with a giant freshly killed bear hanging out of it.... welcome to the mountain. 🤠 • We had another lesson con Elias, he is so wonderful. He is really struggling with some temporal needs right now though so please pray for him. We taught him the Plan of Salvation, and afterwards he was talking about how much his life has improved and how much more peace he feels in his life s...

Hola mis queridos!! hope you all are doing swell <3 We had a lot of lessons fall through but it ended up being okay, we made lots of contacts and did some drop by visits. Here are the highlights: • We taught Elias the Restoration with the Bautistas!! It went so well, he is so receptive of everything we teach him and told us he would pray to know if what we are teaching him is true <3 The Bautistas are literally so good to him, they have been buying him groceries and taking him to appointments. The members here are absolutely amazing. • We were able to do some service with the district for our nonmember friend Missy! She is the sweetest lady.  • We made Tacos with Sister Collins on Thursday night!! She is so kind to us and literally is our mom away from home, we are so grateful for her. • Our friend Brigitte called us and asked us if she could buy us groceries because we looked too skinny at our last lesson hahahahah  • We had a really awesome lesson wi...

Hola hola hola!! Qué tal mis amigos?! This week was so good!! Our friends are slowly but steadily progressing!! Here is an  update on a few of our friends :) Brigitte: We met with Brigitte 2 times this week plus General Conference! She has changed so much in the past 8 weeks. She increasingly talks about wanting to repent and leave her past behind her. She has more of a desire to do good and to be a better person. The Atonement of Jesus Christ is so real, and it is so beautiful to see it work in her. She also watched General Conference with us and some members!! She really liked how peaceful she felt while watching and how inspiring the talks were <3 Amy: Amy is going through some temporal struggles at the moment, so please pray for her. She decided to start fasting and she has been praying a lot more which is so wonderful. She wrote down questions for General Conference and is going to be watching the sessions to see how they can be answered, she is so excite...
