Week 29: Arizona: got arroz con leche? πŸ₯›πŸ„

 hi there!!

this week was better than last week!!

milagros:

* we were on our way to an appointment and we found Ray!! got talking to him and he asked us about our calling as missionaries. then he told us he wanted to come closer to Jesus Christ and asked if we had a prayer book with us. we were like noooo :( BUT WE HAVE THE BOOK OF MORMON! so we gave him a marked copy and he was soo excited to read it was actually so precious. sadly he lives outside of the mission so we had to refer him:( pero meeting him definitely gave us a boost we desperately needed. it feels like we don't get to testify as much in this area so that was a huge blessing.

* we tried to find a former, and ended up meeting a guy named Gabriel! he was in the middle of moving boxes and we offered to help and he said sure! he said he used to be a member but was inactive. but anyways we got to help them move! and we were drenched in sweat but happy as clams because someone actually talked to us and let us help :) and so then afterwards we walked around the complex and found Arin! she has been going through some health challenges and knew it wasn't a coincidence we found her! we asked if she would like to bible study and she was ecstatic!! God's timing is perfect!!

other highlights:

* we have so much driving time, so we have started listening to the Book of Mormon. we started 4 days and are already almost finishe with Mosiah :) oh how i love the book of mormon.

* hna horton & i both love arroz con leche so we eat it with every meal :)

well my friends that's all i have got. let me know how you are doing!! sorry i don't always respond :( i always read them though and they make mi corazon so happy.

go give someone a hug! go do a random act of kindness! go tell your family you love them <3

have a beautiful week!

hna zayas
